short post

So I recently hurt my back working out and got convinced into going to my chiropractor and boy am i soooooo glad i did.  Turns out i hurt my hip flexor it is the muscle that connects my legs to my spin. in other words i was not going to be able to fix it my self or with meds. if you don't have a chiropractor i highly recommend having one.  They are awesome.  i went to him in high school for back issues and after my last to major car wrecks.  so i'm hoping with my back getting better i'll be back to posting every day.  

By the way if there is anything you would love for me to post about just tell me and i'll do my best to fill your requests :)

Sulfur Free

So I'm allergic to sulfur and I'm forever looking for the best priced but also the most useful sulfur free products. so I thought id share my current favorites with you. Lets start with products for my hair. Oh and i'll put links to where you can get them at too.

My new Shampoo, Perfect for oily hair. they have conditioner but I use the spray below instead. I got the Spray from my hair stylist but it lasts forever. 

This is Sleek and Shine from Ulta you can only get it in the store :( but I love it.

This is dry Shampoo and it is awesome on days i don't have time to was my hair. I got mine at Walmart. But you can get it at Target too.

Face wash that is so nice. my face feels clean and oil free after using. You can get it at Target or Walmart.

Awesome face whips I get them at Target or Walmart. 

My favorite acne cleanser I get at walmart.

Just discovered this Tooth Paste last week and I am loving it.

I've used this body Wash for a long time and love it.

These are nice for all the working out I've been doing. I get them at walmart too.

The two on the right are made locally by made on acorn hill they have some other great items like soap, and baby things.

This I keep in my kitchen and keeps my hands soft and clean.

I hope this helps you find some sulfur free items you'll love.

Choc. Chip Cheesecake Dip

So Thursday I made this Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Dip and had to share it with you!

Here is what you need to make it.

8oz Cream Cheese (Softened)

1 stick cup of butter (softened)

3/4 of a cup of powder Sugar

1 cup of mini Choc. Chips

2 Tbs. brown sugar

1 tsp of vanilla

Mix butter and cream cheese together, 

then mix sugars and vanilla in to butter, 

last mix in the mini choc. chips. 

Put in Fridge for at least 30 mins.

Serve with teddy grahams or favorite cookie cracker

But beware it is Addicting, I ate half of it by myself in one day.

The first two I took myself out and about town.

 This hawk was just hanging out with this truck at target.

This just cracked me up. It was like they were saying don't feed your car junk food but please fuel your body with it.

Powerscourt Garden

So We left Dublin and on our way to Powerscourt Gardens we stopped for Lunch at Jonnie Fox's.  It was a quaint little pub.  The tables were made from other things like a bed or an old sewing machine.

Then We headed on to Powerscourt Gardens

It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

More of the Italian Garden as we left.

We then headed to Ferns to see this castle.

But it was closed for off season so we did not get to go up in it.

We then Headed off to County Cork and found a hotel in Cobh

the Commodore Hotel It was right on the water in a building built in 1854.

Like I said a great view from the hotel room. We stayed two nights here so these pictures are from the next day. We arrived after dark the first night. And poor Andrew passed out after all the driving.
